Steak Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cupHigh Country Fig Balsamic
- 1/4 cup Herbs de Provence
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 flank steak
Instructions:
Place all of the ingredients into a large zip-seal plastic bag. Add steak, seal, keep in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, turning occasionally. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
